Key Responsibilities- Handling high-value, complex coverage disputes for financial institutions
- Defending construction professionals and corporate service providers in professional indemnity claims
- Advising on large subrogated recoveries and commodities claims
- Managing multiple priorities and deadlines with excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- 6+ years' experience in defendant insurance, preferably in Queensland
- Ability to run with matters autonomously with limited supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Desire to mentor and develop junior lawyers in the team
- Methodical and organised approach to file management
