Mathematics Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mathematics Educator to join our team at a reputable F-9 school in Melbourne's West. As a Mathematics Instructor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive math curriculum that aligns with The Victorian Curriculum.

• Curriculum Development: Create and implement engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Teaching Methods: Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to effectively convey mathematical concepts and problem-solving strategies.
• Feedback and Assessment: Provide timely feedback to students on their performance and progress in math.
• Differentiated Instruction: Differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs of students, including providing additional support or challenges as needed.
• Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices in math education, teaching methodologies, and curriculum development.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other math teachers and school staff to share resources, ideas, and best practices.

• Qualifications: Must have a 4-year Bachelor Degree containing at least 1 year teacher qualifications.
• Registration: Hold VIT registration.
• Experience: Graduates welcome to apply.
• References: Ability to provide contact details for two education-based references from within the last 5 years.
