Global Education Experience Manager

ClickView is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Global Education Experience Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving the adoption of our video learning platform.

The RoleThis is a full-time position located in Melbourne, with the option to work from home and meet customers in person. As a Global Education Experience Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, becoming their trusted advisor
- Crafting strategic plans for customer success, working closely with the Customer Success Team Lead
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer goals and requirements, ensuring they achieve their objectives with ClickView
- Training and educating customers on the ClickView platform, including digital training and group webinars
- Reviewing usage data and engagement, identifying areas for improvement and connecting customers with Product Support where needed
- Gathering marketplace feedback and trends to inform product development
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years' experience in Account management and/or Customer Success
- Experience in SaaS or EdTech sectors, with a strong background in account planning on a national scale
- Superior customer engagement capabilities, with excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and maintain attention to detail
- A self-starter who can see strategic plans through to fruition, with the ability to learn new digital tools quickly

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
