We're seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter position at our Joondalup Service Centre.

This exciting opportunity will see you undergo comprehensive on-the-job training and support to complete a full qualification within 2-3 years. You'll be remunerated based on competency, not tenure, with the possibility of progressing to higher levels after just 2 years.

As an Apprentice Windscreen Fitter, your responsibilities will include:

- Completing the O'Brien Cert III in Automotive Glazing through our extensive training program
- Mastering advanced skills such as windscreen re-calibrations for ADAS systems
- Undertaking glass chip repairs with precision and attention to detail
- Delivering exceptional customer service with a professional and timely manner

We're looking for someone with:

- Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools
- A strong work ethic and commitment to long-term career opportunities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work face-to-face with customers
- A passion for delivering customer service excellence and selling company products
- **Must be able to drive Automatic and Manual vehicles**
