We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Liaison Librarian.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering digital and information literacy workshops using flexible delivery modes.

They will also provide customer-focused assistance as part of a frontline service team, supporting the delivery of a comprehensive information service including online services, reference services, and specialist research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver digital and information literacy programs to teachers, staff, and students.
  • Provide expert reference and research support to stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing high-quality assistance and resolving issues efficiently.

Selection Criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering educational programs and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong commitment to customer-focused service.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • An appropriate degree or diploma together with training in information studies which qualifies for admission to Associate Membership of the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA).
