Job Description
The ANZ Propositions Director plays a critical role in driving business success by creating and implementing effective propositions that meet the needs of our clients and customers. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, who can build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing proposition strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products and services
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees
  • Identifying market trends and opportunities to inform business decision-making

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, as well as 8 years of experience in product management and development. You should also have extensive experience developing and managing partnerships, a solid track record of initiating, leading, and implementing partnership development strategies, and the ability to understand Assurant's core service products and capabilities. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have developed commercial acumen to build profitable propositions for Assurant and key clients.
