Applicants must have:
- Tertiary qualifications at postgraduate level or higher in a relevant discipline area, such as Marketing, Economics, or Communication.
- A minimum of two years' experience teaching in higher education or a pathway college environment at AQF Level 5 or above.
- Demonstrated computer literacy skills, knowledge of innovative approaches to learning and teaching, and expertise in curriculum development.
- An ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills to engage with students, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
