Cairns Speech Pathology Professional

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team in Cairns, Far North Queensland. Our hospital provides care for people from Cape York and the Torres Strait.
The successful candidate will work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver contemporary speech pathology clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management. This role involves undertaking routine clinical tasks with varying levels of supervision, as well as applying increasing independence with clinically complex scenarios and decision making.
About Your Role:- Deliver high-quality speech pathology services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, exercising sound judgment and clinical expertise.
- Meet specific KPIs for the Subacute Care Unit (SACU) and other teams as required.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment outcomes.
