We are seeking a visionary leader to drive the delivery of Project Controls services across major infrastructure projects.

This is a unique opportunity to inspire and grow a high-performing team, fostering excellence and innovation in project management.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading end-to-end project controls teams, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project controls teams to deliver exceptional results across multiple projects.
  • Develop and implement effective project controls strategies to ensure project success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand our presence in the market.
Requirements
  • Minimum 17 years' relevant industry experience, ideally including major water sector projects.
  • Full working rights in Australia and currently residing locally.
  • Degree-qualified in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • Proven infrastructure experience across sectors such as power, utilities, renewables, rail, aviation, and roads.
