Job Description

You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with colleagues to deliver a high-quality education and care service. As a Childcare Educator, your key focus will be on acknowledging and supporting the unique strengths, needs, and interests of the whole child. You will inspire a supportive culture of safety in line with PCYC Queensland values, promoting a positive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • No formal qualifications are necessary for this position; however, qualified Educators must hold a minimum Certificate III qualification in an area relevant to working with children.
  • Experience working within the OSHC or long day care sector is desirable.
  • The ability to respond to the needs and concerns of children to ensure quality service meets agreed standards.
  • A desire to succeed in a supportive workplace.
