Senior Technical Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expert

This role presents an exciting opportunity to leverage your extensive experience in financial functional and operational support with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions. As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal part in delivering superior client service management experiences, ensuring resiliency in operations, and supporting upstream revenue generation activities through data and intelligence.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include working with high-performing teams to create Functional Design Documents from Business Process documents of clients and performing testing. Additionally, you will provide daily financial functional support on D365 Finance and Operations for various clients.

We are seeking an individual with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Your foundational knowledge of the ITIL framework is highly regarded, as well as your broader experience in service management and Application Management Services.

  • Drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 opportunities in the market while providing service delivery leadership.
