**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Roster Coordinator to join our team in the Blue Mountains region. As a Roster Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing scheduling services to all HammondAtHome Nepean/Blue Mountains areas. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and administering client and staff schedules to ensure consistency, efficiency, and fairness
  • Maintaining up-to-date data on care worker information and system administration
  • Cooperating with the centralised support team to provide excellent customer service

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications in customer service, scheduling/rostering, data analytics or call centre
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a high level of attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and coordination skills
