This is a permanent full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and multidisciplinary team. As a Clinical Liaison Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to older persons in rural and remote areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive mental health care plans for older persons
  • Provide consultation and liaison services to healthcare professionals and services
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care pathways
  • Contribute to the clinical supervision of less experienced professionals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or Social Work
  • Registration with the relevant professional association
  • Experience working in mental health, particularly with older persons
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
