Civil Engineering Graduate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented civil engineering graduate to join our dynamic team.

The three-year program provides a comprehensive journey of professional growth and development, with opportunities to participate in job rotations, technical mentoring, and training programs.

  • Rotate through multiple roles within the company's diverse asset portfolio, spanning locations across Australia.

Candidates must demonstrate exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and flexibility in work location, while showcasing a commitment to achieving commercial outcomes through technical excellence.

Eligibility

Civil Engineering Graduates will be eligible for Facilities Engineering and Drilling & Completions Engineering Streams.

Facilities Engineering

Responsible for delivering molecules from the wellbore to plant gate in a safe, reliable, and cost-effective manner.

  • Includes roles in integrity, reliability, production, surveillance, process control, operations, process safety, operations technology, and projects.
Drilling & Completions Engineering

Responsible for working with area asset teams to prepare well designs, cost estimates, and operational guidelines for new and existing wellbores.

  • Support incident response, project management, field supervision, and cost review.
