RiverCity Ferries Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Officer to join our team. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers while ensuring the safety and well-being of all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Willingness to undergo training and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the role
  • Certificate in Elements of Shipboard Safety (ESS) or willingness to obtain
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
