**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Environmental Sustainability Specialist to join our team. As an Environmental Sustainability Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our recycling initiatives, enhancing supplier performance, and fostering a culture of safety and environmental awareness.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor operational plans and financial forecasts to ensure environmental data reconciliations meet high standards.
  • Manage recycling stock, set up SKUs, forecast demand, and place orders to keep consumables well-stocked.
  • Enhance collection networks and transportation routes to improve efficiency and minimize the carbon footprint.
  • C coordinate logistics with internal teams and suppliers, focusing on coffee capsule recycling supply chain, meeting SLA time frames, and implementing tracking systems for transparency.
  • Report on key recycling metrics and KPIs, ensuring they are timely and accurate.
  • Coordinate carbon reduction plans, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Minimize waste generation and eliminate single-use plastics, fostering a culture of sustainability.
  • Lead audits, implement corrective actions, and support SHEQ audits to promote safety and environmental responsibility.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, investigate root causes, and propose recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Environmental Science or Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics (waste management is an advantage).
  • Project management, data analysis, and optimizing logistics skills.
  • Ability to drive change and top performance.
