As a Student Care Specialist, you will be an integral part of the boarding team, ensuring the well-being and safety of students in our care.

The primary role involves providing pastoral care and support to students, fostering their academic, social, emotional, and spiritual development.

You will work closely with the management team to implement procedures and protocols that promote a positive and supportive living environment for all students.

This is a full-time, permanent position commencing May 2025, with competitive salary packaging options available.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • a demonstrated ability to relate to and work with young adolescent people;
  • empathy for and experience in caring for the academic, social, spiritual and physical well-being of groups of adolescent students;
  • demonstrated ability to relate to and work as part of a team;
  • a current full driver's Licence;
  • a current Senior First Aid Certificate (Level 2);
  • completion of the Australian Boarding Schools Association Duty of Care Course;
  • availability to sleep overnight during the week (Monday to Thursday) during each school term;
