Job Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and strategic leader to help shape the future of our Civil Engineering division, growing our client base, and guiding the team to deliver outstanding engineering outcomes.

This key leadership position will play a pivotal role in driving business development and client partnerships across Queensland, helping lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Civil team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional development.

The ideal candidate will have a degree-qualified background in Civil Engineering (or related field), proven experience in successfully growing engineering divisions or practices, and strong leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative and empowering approach.

They will also have extensive experience in delivering diverse civil engineering projects, comprehensive knowledge of sector trends, innovations, and best practice, excellent client engagement, communication, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the growth of the Civil Engineering division through strategic business development and client partnerships.
  • Help lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Civil team.
  • Provide expert technical leadership, ensuring the delivery of innovative, sustainable, and high-quality solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new markets, growth opportunities, and align divisional goals with the company's broader strategy.
About You
  • Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering (or related field).
  • Proven experience in successfully growing engineering divisions or practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative and empowering approach.
  • Extensive experience in delivering diverse civil engineering projects.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sector trends, innovations, and best practice.
  • Excellent client engagement, communication, and presentation skills.
