About the Role

CSA Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join their team and drive the growth and strategic direction of their business. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of complex civil engineering projects, utilising expertise in urban development, building projects, subdivision, roads, pavements, and public domain areas.
  • Collaborate with experienced industry leaders to drive business strategy and initiative implementation.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers across technical and project delivery aspects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Professional Engineer (MIEAust or FIEAust) with aspirations towards becoming a Chartered Engineer (CPEng) or already making strides in that direction.
  • 6-8 years of hands-on engineering design experience within a consultancy environment.
  • Proven track record in producing technical reports and conceptualising solutions that add significant value to projects.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D or 12D software, coupled with experience in utilising other relevant tools such as DRAINS, XP-RAFTS, MUSIC, HEC-RAS, and AutoCAD.
