About the Role

The Social Content Producer is a key member of the Bunnings Group's Creative & Production team, responsible for creating engaging and high-quality social content that showcases the company's brand and product range.

This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to produce, shoot, edit, and deliver social content that meets the company's brief, budget, and timelines. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital content creation, including short-form video production for social media, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with brand, social, content, and other internal stakeholders to produce high-quality social content
  • Produce social content that meets the brief, budget, and timelines
  • Work with production partners and internal creators to create social-first content
  • Provide expert guidance for the production of paid social assets
  • Represent the Bunnings Group brand and the Content & Social team at creative shoots
  • Manage internal creator programs to create content for social channels
  • Develop and evolve existing internal programs to support the internal creation of content for commercial channels
  • Review, revise, and select relevant content to be published
  • Establish a reputation for being adaptive, professional, open, collaborative, and hardworking
  • Provide advice and guidance on social content and best practices

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Multimedia, Content Production, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience as a social content producer working across social platforms
  • Experience with social content creation, editing, and publishing platforms
  • Deep understanding of social media channels, trends, strategies, and tactics
  • Understanding of emerging technology and usage in content production
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to deliver under pressure
  • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills
