This position is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for our clients, reviewing and providing feedback to junior team members, and supporting administration tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily financial transactions for a range of industries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and accounts payable processing.
- Manage accounts receivable and payroll processing.
- Prepare financial statements, including Activity Statements and Payroll tax.
- Set up and maintain client accounting files.
- Work with various accounts to ensure accuracy and meet reporting deadlines.
- Prepare month-end management reporting.
- Train and review junior team members' work.
- Liaise with clients to ensure their financial needs are met.
Requirements:
- Completion of a TAFE or Business College administration course.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Office packages.
- Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously.
- Deadline-driven and organized.
