Business Growth Specialist Position

This role is crucial in driving business growth and profitability by identifying and capitalising on new opportunities within a specific team.

  • Priority trade/applications will be identified and executed.
  • Pipeline and opportunity forecasting will be managed to support business objectives.

The Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in business development, sales or account management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
  • The ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships is essential.
  • Proficiency with sales technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is necessary.
  • An analytical mindset, with a focus on margin expansion and pipeline management, is required.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven approach is expected.
