Job Title: OEM Enablement Project Leader

This role leads and manages a team of software engineers in delivering OEM enablement projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, deep knowledge of Linux systems, low-level debugging expertise, critical thinking abilities, problem-solving skills, and strong management qualities.

  • Recruit, motivate, mentor, and empower the team to succeed in delivering high-quality products.
  • Set goals with the team; prioritize tasks, identify and measure team performance indicators.
  • Maximise the results of team members and support their career growth.
  • Coordinate with project managers, HWE, QA, and certification management teams.
  • Monitor projects from kickoff to post-mortem and handle escalations effectively.
  • Communicate, understand, and resolve technical challenges with OEMs, ODMs, SiPs, and IHVs.
  • Prioritise customer requests globally.
  • Collaborate with product engineering teams (including Desktop, Foundations, Kernel, and Security).
  • Provide leadership for methodologies, strategies, standards, tools, and best practices.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in STEM, preferably computer science or software engineering.
  • Proven track record in technical roles with Linux, preferably Ubuntu or Debian.
  • Commitment to development and testing methodologies.
  • Maintainable code quality.
  • Experience with management responsibilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong English language communication skills.
