We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in a clinic setting.

The ideal candidate will have experience in assistive technology prescription, home modification, clinical, workplace rehabilitation and NDIS services. They will be passionate about working with clients requiring services across different environments including homes, schools, and community programs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing high-quality clinical services and assessments, including Home Modifications Assessments, Supported Independent Living (SIL) Assessments, Sensory Assessments, Assistive Technology (AT) Assessments, Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Assessments, Functional Capacity Assessments, Functional Daily Living Skills Assessments, Workplace Assessments, and any other OT services as required.
  • Assessing clients with a wide range of acute and chronic disorders and implementing effective Occupational Therapy programs and interventions.
  • Maintaining documentation in a professional and confidential manner and in accordance with company policies.
  • Effectively communicating with staff members, health professionals, clients, and family with regards to provision of Occupational Therapy services.
