Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Corporate and Commercial team in Sydney. The successful candidate will work with a wide range of clients across the private capital ecosystem, providing strategic advice on venture capital and corporate transactions.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years' post-admission experience in corporate, venture capital, or advisory work and excellent drafting skills. They will also have experience advising on capital raisings, M&A, and/or investment structuring and a strong interest in the start-up and VC space.

About the Role
  • Advise on corporate and commercial matters, including capital raisings, M&A, and investment structuring
  • Provide guidance on corporate governance and assist with business growth
  • Develop relationships with clients and contribute to the development of a specialized practice within a national firm

Requirements

  • Post-admission experience: 3–6 years
  • Relevant experience: corporate, venture capital, or advisory work
  • Skills: excellent drafting skills, attention to detail
  • Mindset: commercial and pragmatic
