About You
- No prior Early Childhood Education and Care qualification is required.
- You will need to hold current First Aid and CPR certifications.
- A current Working with Children Check and Child Protection Certificate are also required.

- You will plan and implement educational programs and experiences that empower children to lead their learning, from sparking creativity with storytelling to becoming fearless adventurers in the outdoors.
- You will create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all children, where messy and risky play is celebrated as a cornerstone of building resilience, creativity, and unforgettable memories.
- You will build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators, as teamwork fuels the unforgettable and joyous moments shared in our ELMO community.
- You will maintain ongoing records of the children's development, from their first steps to their first day of kindergarten, ensuring no milestone goes undocumented (or uncelebrated).
- You will lead the curriculum, implementation of experiences, and regular documentation, while following the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard.
