About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Disability Support Professional to join our team at Advantage Healthcare Support Nursing Agency.
As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our NDIS clients, assisting them to achieve their goals and improve their physical and mental health.
Your role will involve providing intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support, including planning activities and social outings, developing connections with the community, and assisting with daily living tasks.
You will also be required to work collaboratively with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a caring and empathetic nature, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
In addition, you will require a current full driver's license, comprehensive car insurance, and a Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check.
This is a casual employment position offering an attractive hourly rate depending on experience and availability.
