About the Role

The Data Analyst Lead will play a pivotal role in the Customer Data office, driving data uplift initiatives and partnering with technical SMEs and business stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining data infrastructure and assets to meet stakeholder requirements

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in computer science, data science, or statistics, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in data analysis, with strong skills in SQL, Excel, Python, and data visualization tools
  • Experience leading delivery and/or technical direct reports
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Broad knowledge of cloud data systems and products, with experience in delivery of data projects
