Job Purpose: To provide culturally sensitive health services to Aboriginal clients and their communities, with the aim of improving health outcomes and access to healthcare within the region.

      Provide holistic and flexible health services to meet the unique needs of Aboriginal clients and their families.

      Work collaboratively with local communities, other healthcare providers, and relevant stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of services and improve overall health outcomes.

      Develop and implement strategies to address health disparities and promote cultural sensitivity in service delivery.

      Maintain accurate records and report on service delivery, including monitoring and evaluation metrics as required.

  • ">Required Skills and Qualifications:">">

      Certified in Aboriginal health or related field (or willing to obtain certification).

      Proven experience working with Aboriginal communities and delivering culturally sensitive services.

      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
