About this tech role, you'll be working on telecom innovation in a small team environment.

The Job Description

You'll design and build secure, scalable APIs using PHP and Symfony. This involves enforcing best practices around input validation, data protection, rate limiting, encryption and transport security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build and maintain secure high-performing APIs.
  • Implement clear versioning, consistent error handling, and strong observability.
  • Document APIs using OpenAPI.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Contribute across the full development lifecycle: design, testing, deployment and maintenance.

This requires 3+ years of experience with PHP8+, Symfony, SQL and OpenAPI. You'll also need experience with Oracle or Postgres databases, a solid understanding of Linux-based operating systems, and familiarity with Docker containers.

About Your Skills

We're looking for someone with excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as strong knowledge of version control systems.

  1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
  2. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
