We are seeking a Human Resources Expert to lead the implementation of workforce rostering functionalities within our HR Information System. This role requires expertise in workforce management systems, HR information systems, and project management.

As a key member of our core project team, you will be responsible for discovering, designing, building, testing, and training phases of the workforce management module. You will also engage with stakeholders at various levels to gather and document business requirements.

This is a full-time, 12-month maximum-term role that offers flexible location and hybrid working options. The successful candidate will have sound experience in delivering organisational-wide projects and/or programs, as well as technical knowledge and expertise in rostering/scheduling, award interpretation, and HR forms and workflows.

The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000 per annum, plus superannuation and access to salary packaging benefits. You will also receive financial wellbeing, health & wellbeing, work/life flexibility, career development opportunities, and more.
