About This Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced automation engineer to drive quality and efficiency across our products.

  • Lead the development of automation frameworks to streamline testing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design APIs that prioritize automation from the start.
  • Foster a culture of automation-first thinking to minimize regression cycle time and improve overall product quality.
  • Design and execute automation tests simulating real-world scenarios to identify defects and regressions.
  • Develop strategies to integrate hardware infrastructure for simulation, validation, and product development.

What You'll Need

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
  • No less than five years of experience in developing automated test frameworks and software tools.
  • A deep understanding of test system architectures and build, release test pipeline within SDLC.
  • Experience in setting up automated test environments and building test beds with physical hardware.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

Bonus Skills

  • Proficiency in designing and developing hardware infrastructure for testing applications.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and packages, including SQL, Pandas, Databricks, and others.
