Podiatry Specialist

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Podiatry Specialist to join our dynamic Allied Health team in the Home and Community Care (HACC) area, covering Sydney's Inner West, Eastern and Northern Suburbs.

The successful candidate will provide professional advice and services based on the needs and goals of our clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive Podiatry assessment and services to HACC clients, as directed by the Clinical lead.
• Maintaining accurate documentation as per Uniting and AHPRA guidelines.
• Managing daily Podiatry allocation as per KPIs set.
• Supervising other clinical and non-clinical staff and students on clinical placement.
• Participating in planning, implementation and evaluation of services, including seamless care plans with other clinical staff and client coordinators.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• Tertiary qualification in Podiatry and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Typically 2 or more years' experience in Podiatry practice, although new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organisational abilities, and a disciplined approach to work.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing high-risk foot pathology, aged-care foot management, and negotiation/decision-making skills.
• A valid class C NSW driver's licence, AHPRA Registration, Police check, WWC check, NDIS check, Current Immunisation certificates, and the right to work in Australia.

Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per annum
