**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to residents, ensuring their choices and needs are respected
  • Monitor resident wellbeing and escalate any changes in preferences or wellbeing
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and oral care
  • Offer social and emotional support, creating a positive atmosphere and engaging residents in lifestyle activities
  • Document incidents and care, participating in Work Health and Safety programs

**Requirements:**

  • Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Nursing, or related health/care studies
  • Prior experience as a personal carer in aged care or relevant clinical placement
  • Commitment to holistic care that supports residents' goals and needs
