Job Description

">This role combines administrative responsibilities with direct patient care, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for patients. Key duties include:">
  • ">
  • Greeting patients warmly upon arrival and fostering a friendly atmosphere.">
  • Assisting patients with necessary forms and documentation, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.">
  • Responding promptly to patient inquiries via phone or in-person, providing information about services and treatment options.">
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments, considering treatment time and patient preferences.">
  • Preparing patients for examinations, explaining procedures, and ensuring their comfort.">
  • Monitoring patients' vital signs and overall comfort throughout treatments, offering reassurance and support as needed.">
  • Cleaning and disinfecting treatment areas after procedures, adhering to strict infection control protocols.">
  • Taking and developing dental X-rays, following safety and radiation protection standards.">
  • Preparing and processing billing statements for services rendered and assisting with insurance claims.">
  • Maintaining accurate and organised patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.">

Required Skills and Qualifications
