Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to play a vital role in the learning and development of children aged 0-6 within our Sydney-based Long Day Care Centre.

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a high-quality education and care curriculum that caters to the diverse needs and interests of all enrolled children.

Your key responsibilities will include:

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:

  • An approved Early Childhood Diploma qualification.
  • Identification and Response to Children at Risk of Harm Certificate.
  • A valid Working with Children Check.
  • At least one year of experience working in a childcare environment.
  • A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Experience in curriculum development and documenting children's learning.
  • The ability to inspire and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional learning and development.

This is a child-related work role, requiring a current Working with Children Check prior to commencement.
