**Reception Administrator Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly organized and approachable individual to manage the day-to-day activities of our office.

Job Description:

  • Handle reception duties, including managing the front desk and handling incoming calls and messages
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and document preparation
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for team members
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary
