Job SummaryWe are seeking a Gaming Attendant to join our team. As a Gaming Attendant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and enforcing our RSA and RCG policies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patrons with an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for members, guests, visitors, and employees
- Enforce and implement the Club RSA and RCG policy
- Courteous, welcoming, and informative manner when at work
- Communicate and liaise with team members, kitchen, and other areas of operation
- Follow hygienic food and beverage handling procedures
- Accurate, efficient, and effective operation of Keno terminals
- Ensure all guest and member complaints are dealt with promptly and effectively
- Cash handling duties when required
- Ensure the security of the Club's cash and physical assets
- Take and deliver orders promptly
- Assist with club activities and promotions
- Knowledge of the club's activities, functions, events, and promotions
- Identify and report to management any unsafe equipment, practice, or person of interest
- Maintain workplace hygiene, work health and safety, and security procedures
- RSA and RCG Competency Card, or willingness to obtain
- Flexible availability, including weekends and night shifts
- Right to work in Australia
- Able to work in a team
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good organisation skills
- High level of literacy and numeracy skills
- Good personal presentation
- Ability to deal with unexpected situations
- Commitment to providing a high standard of customer service
