Training and Development Manager

We are seeking a Senior Advisor - Training & Development to join our team. In this role, you will design, manage, and deliver capability-building programs to support sustainable talent development.
Key Accountabilities- Developing and implementing a comprehensive 3-year Learning and Talent Solution Strategy.
- Designing and delivering training programs to build talent and leadership capacity.
- Collaborating with various departments to integrate learning and talent processes.
- Providing training and development reporting to meet legislative and mining requirements.
- Creating a yearly training calendar to support the Annual People Program.
About You
Ideal candidates will have a degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field, and:
- Have proven experience in developing and managing training programs in an international context.
- Desirable: Experience in mining and working in developing countries.
- Possess skills in analyzing and presenting data.
- Experience with learning management systems (desirable).
- Have intermediate skills in communication, project management tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Exhibit excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure independently.
- Have experience in writing training programs, reports, and educational materials.
- Possess a strong understanding of cultural differences.
