Fitness Member Services Representative

We're currently seeking a Membership Representative to join our thriving team. This is a part-time role, requiring 27 hours of work per week.
The Membership Representative will be responsible for driving an exceptional member experience and building key stakeholder relationships with members. The role includes driving member growth and sales, care and retention, and various other customer service and administrative duties as required.
To be successful, you'll need to have demonstrated experience and success in a fast-paced premium customer service role, interest and passion for health and fitness, intermediate computer skills, excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, and the ability to perform in an autonomous environment.
The ideal candidate will also be available to work Saturdays and some days during the week, and will have previous sales experience, which is desirable.
