Essential Criteria:

  • Current Swim Teaching Certificate", "
  • Previous experience in swim school or leisure supervision", "
  • Proven ability to lead a large casual workforce towards business outcomes", "
  • Demonstrated business and/or marketing experience", "
  • Previous experience in leading, reporting, and monitoring financial outcomes", "
  • National Police Check", "
  • Working With Children Check (or equivalent)", "
  • Level 2 First Aid and current CPR", "
  • Licenced to work in Australia", "
