About this role
We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team on the Eva Copper Mine Project. Located 75 kilometres north of Cloncurry and 95 kilometres north-east of Mount Isa, this project offers a unique opportunity for engineers to work collaboratively on high-quality plans and designs for civil works.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing civil construction components for both permanent and temporary works
- Coordinating with clients and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out in accordance with design drawings, specifications, and scheduled dates
- Collaborating with the Construction Manager to improve processes and clarify design requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in civil construction projects, preferably in a mining environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent organisational and planning skills, are essential for success in this role.
