Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, design, and delivery of large-scale Defence facilities and infrastructure projects. With a strong focus on client satisfaction, quality, and safety, this role requires excellent project management skills, a passion for construction projects, and a commitment to delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage work programs to ensure timely completion, meeting client expectations and specifications.
  • Lead change, quality, health, safety, and risk management initiatives.
  • Support multiple concurrent projects across the entire life cycle, including design management, tendering, contract administration, financial management, project scheduling, and risk management.
  • Report project status, progress, and completion to the Project Director.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An excellent understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Qualifications in a technical discipline such as engineering, project management, construction management, or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Security clearance eligibility, as determined by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA).
