We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Staff to join our team in a fast-paced a-la-carte restaurant environment. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have demonstrated experience as a Waitstaff or Runner, with a proven track record of exceeding guest expectations. You will also require:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure guest expectations are met
  • A strong work ethic and a 'can-do' attitude
  • Professional presentation and strong communication skills
  • Able and willing to work a rotating roster, including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts

In addition to your technical skills and qualifications, you will need to possess excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Customer service experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Hospitality experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • RSA Certificate (preferred)

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, with no less than 20 hours per week guaranteed. Our working hours include afternoon and evening shifts, Monday to Friday, public holidays, and weekends.
