As a Beauty Therapist, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their vision of confidence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering Aesthetic Services: Provide results-driven treatments such as laser hair removal, advanced facials, skin needling, and cosmetic-grade peels.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailor-made solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside passionate professionals who share your love for skin and beauty.
  • Upholding Values: Be committed to safety, excellence, and outstanding customer service.

Requirements

  • Formal Qualification: Cert IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy.
  • Laser Safety Certificate: Preferably certified, but support for obtaining certification will be provided.
  • Exceptional Technical Skills: Experience in skin assessments and treatments is desirable, though comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Commitment to Professionalism: Punctuality, organisation, and an impeccable appearance are expected.
  • Passion for Beauty Industry: A genuine enthusiasm for skin, beauty, and making others feel amazing.
  • Customer Service and Sales Focus: A track record of delivering superior customer service and achieving sales targets.
