About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Learning Designer to join our Employable Me and RTO teams. As a Learning Designer, you will develop high-quality learning materials that can be used globally, design interactive elements and games, work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to research, write, and update learning resources, and leverage cutting-edge education technology to enhance learner engagement. You will also ensure that content aligns with industry standards and best practices.

To excel in this role, you will need
  • A formal qualification in instructional design, education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing online learning programs.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and engage effectively with stakeholders.
  • Expertise in authoring tools, LMS platforms, and digital design software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach to working with SMEs.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of trends in adult education and learning methodologies.
  • A deep passion for learning innovation and driving positive learner outcomes.
