We're seeking a skilled Optical Assistant to join our team. This role offers the chance to work with luxury brands, develop exceptional customer service skills, and participate in a comprehensive training program.

As an Optical Assistant, you'll be responsible for delivering premium service to customers, including pre-testing and dispensing high-fashion frames and lenses.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Championing luxury brands such as PRADA, CHANEL, Tiffany & Co., Ray-Ban
  • Providing excellent communication skills and being empathic with customers
  • Leveraging our bonus scheme plan to hit targets/KPIs
  • Participating in rewards and recognition programs offering health insurance discounts and yearly product allowances
  • Learning under our world-class training program offered by Luxottica University and dedicated training team

You'll have previous retail experience ideally within the optical industry. If not, you'll be supported by an in-house trainer and virtual optical training.
