Trade Counter Support Specialist

We are seeking a Trade Counter Support Specialist to join our team in Whittlesea. As part of this role, you will assist plumbers and other tradespeople in accessing products for their projects and undertake tasks to maintain branch efficiency.

• Provide exceptional customer service and product information
• Offer quotes both in-person and over the phone
• Perform stock control activities and keep the branch organized
• Assist with pick packing and ensure accurate inventory management

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, with a passion for helping others
• Able to learn new systems and maintain shop floor displays
• Valid driver's license and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends
