Senior Software Solutions Architect Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced senior full-stack developer to join our dynamic team. As a seasoned programmer, you will work on innovative solutions to measure and communicate the value of brand building in a collaborative environment built on transparency, trust, learning, and constant development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop code to improve the platform in line with product roadmapping
  • Redefine and scope development work (and test your own work)
  • Collaborate with the team and Team Lead to contribute to architecture and development decisions that align with the product goals and technical direction
  • Provide technical input to support best practices, scalability, and maintainability in development
  • Become a domain expert in your area of expertise, as well as build strong relationships with internal and external customers

Requirements:

  • You'll be an experienced senior full-stack developer with at least 4 years working in a similar role
  • You should have a strong product mindset, and want to solve complicated problems in a dynamic business environment
  • A collaborative and thoughtful team player with a growth mindset who values learning and problem-solving will thrive in this role
  • Experience with fast-paced environments and motivation to contribute to and help shape our collaborative culture are essential
