We are seeking a talented Credit Capability Developer to join our team at BOQ Group. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing Commercial Credit programs and upskilling initiatives for bankers and credit officers at all levels.
You will analyse organisational data—covering performance, credit, risk, people, and customer outcomes—to recommend learning interventions that enhance credit capabilities and skills. This includes creating and delivering critical learning programs and competency assessments to advance both technical and behavioural commercial credit skills.
Key responsibilities include managing the nomination, administration, and preparation of training materials for various courses, ensuring all mandatory training is completed and assessments are successfully undertaken according to the training plan. You will also coordinate with vendors for advanced commercial credit programs.
